Auto detailing websites that book appointments
Detailing customers buy with their eyes and book on their phones. Here is what a detailer's site needs, from package pricing to before-and-after photos.
Detailing is a visual business. Customers want to see what their car will look like when you hand it back, understand what each package includes, and book without a long back-and-forth. Your website can do all three.
Show the finish
Before-and-after photos of real cars are your best salesperson: paint correction, interiors, ceramic coatings, headlight restoration. Shoot them in good light, and keep them as the business's own work. A small set of strong photos, sized to load fast on a phone, beats a huge gallery that takes forever.
Make your packages easy to compare
Most detailers sell in packages. Lay them out so a customer can compare at a glance:
- What each package includes, in plain words.
- A starting price, if you publish one, and what changes it (vehicle size, condition).
- Roughly how long each one takes.
Customers who understand the options before they call are easier to book and less likely to haggle.
Say where you work
Mobile detailers should name the area they cover and what they need on site (water, power, shade, space). Shop-based detailers should show the address, hours and how drop-off works. Both should make it easy to tap a map link.
Booking should take a minute
The best detailing sites let someone request a time without a phone call: name, phone, vehicle, package and preferred day. A call or text button should still be right there for people who prefer it. Whatever you use, make sure requests reach you quickly so you can confirm the slot.
Coatings and protection need a clear explanation
Ceramic coatings, paint protection film and tint are bigger purchases, and customers have questions. A short section on what each service is, how to care for it afterward, and what any warranty you offer actually covers will save you calls and build trust. Only describe warranties you really provide.
Look as sharp as your work
A detailer with a dated, slow website is selling against their own product. A clean, dark, fast site with your own photos matches what customers expect from someone who takes care with details.
See your site first
We build detailing sites with a design made for automotive work, and we build yours before you pay anything. Book a free proof, check it on your phone, and launch it if you like it. Launch starts at $399.
