How it works

From first call to final walk

  1. 01

    Look at it

We walk the roof and the attic, photograph everything, and tell you what we actually found.

  2. 02

    Scope and price

A written scope with materials named, so you can compare it against anyone else line for line.

  3. 03

    Schedule around weather

Tear-off only happens on days we can dry it in. We will move a date rather than gamble.

  4. 04

    Clean and walk it

Magnet sweep, debris hauled, and a final walk with you before we invoice.

Questions

Before you call

Can you repair it instead of replacing it?

Often, yes. If the deck is sound and the failure is localised, a repair is the honest answer and we will say so.

How long does a typical re-roof take?

A standard single-family tear-off and re-roof is usually two to three working days, weather permitting.

Do you work with insurance claims?

We document damage with photographs and a written scope. We do not negotiate the claim for you, but the packet is built for an adjuster.

What happens to the old roof?

Hauled the same day. We magnet-sweep the drive and beds before we leave the site.
