Questions
Do I need a trust or just a will?
Most families need a will. We will tell you when a trust genuinely changes the outcome and when it does not.
How long does probate take?
In South Carolina, typically eight to twelve months. Contested estates take longer and we will say so early.
Is the first meeting really free?
Yes, and you are under no obligation to engage us afterwards.
